Dubai's real estate market got off to a strong start on Monday, with transactions approaching the Dh2 billion mark.
According to the Dubai Land Department (DLD), the value of real estate transactions reached Dh1.8 billion ($490 million) as of Nov. 14.
A total of 580 transactions were recorded on the day, involving off-plan and existing villas and apartments, as well as buildings and plots. At least 90 transactions were for mortgaged properties worth Dh393.42 million.
According to the latest figures released by DLD, 424 units, 49 buildings and 107 plots of land were sold on the day.
