DUBAI - A total of 2,702 real estate transactions worth Dh10.4 were carried out in the week ending 17 February 2023.

A total of 221 plots of land and 1,866 flats and villas were sold for AED 1.42 billion and AED 4.63 billion respectively.

The top three deals were a plot of land in Business Bay sold for Dh150 million, followed by a plot of land in Business Bay sold for Dh75 million and a plot of land in Business Bay sold for Dh150 million in third place.

Al Hebiah District 5 recorded the most transactions this week with 126 sales transactions worth Dh439.75 million, followed by Al Hebiah District 4 with 20 sales transactions worth Dh212.6 million and Jabal Ali District 1 in third place with 10 sales transactions worth Dh28 million.

The top three transfers of flats and villas were: a flat in Island 2 sold for Dh160 million, a flat in Marsa Dubai sold for Dh155 million in second place and Al Barshaa South Third sold for Dh123 million.

The total amount of properties mortgaged this week was 3.55 billion, the highest being a plot of land in Al Warsan First for Dh1 billion.

252 properties worth Dh811 million were granted between first-degree relatives.
