DUBAI: Dubai's real estate market recorded 475 sales transactions worth Dh1.38 billion on Thursday, according to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
There were also 101 mortgage transactions worth Dh491.51 million and 56 gifting transactions worth Dh141.96 million.
Sales included 412 villas and flats valued at Dh1.06 billion and 63 plots of land valued at Dh325.15 million.
Mortgages included 86 villas and flats worth Dh436.34 million and 15 plots of land worth Dh55.18 million, bringing the total real estate transactions today to over Dh2 billion.
