DUBAI - Dubai's real estate market recorded 490 sales transactions worth Dh1.17 billion on Monday, according to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
There were also 86 mortgage transactions worth Dh177.94 million and 15 gifting transactions amounting to Dh55.81 million.
Sales included 441 villas and flats worth Dhs898.41 million and 49 plots of land worth Dhs269.56 million.
Mortgages included 68 villas and flats worth Dh142.92 million and 18 plots of land worth Dh35.02 million, bringing the total real estate transactions today to over Dh1.4 billion.
