DUBAI - Dubai's real estate market recorded 471 sales transactions worth Dh1.87 billion on Tuesday, according to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
There were also 70 mortgage transactions worth Dh122.36 million and 14 gifting transactions worth Dh130.13 million.
Sales included 451 villas and flats valued at Dh1.56 billion and 20 plots of land valued at Dh316.57 million.
Mortgages included 47 villas and flats worth Dhs68.8 million and 23 plots of land worth Dhs53.56 million, bringing today's total real estate transactions to over Dhs2.1 billion.
