Danube Properties on Friday unveiled its largest real estate project, Viewz, a set of twin high-rise towers that, once completed, will offer flats and sky villas with a development value of more than Dh1.4 billion.

Launched in partnership with DMCC, the master developer of Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), the project will feature Aston Martin interior common areas and amenities, and clients will also be able to choose Aston Martin interiors for their homes.

This is Danube Properties' first luxury residential project and marks the developer's entry into the high-end property development market.

Viewz will be developed within Cluster K in the JLT area, adjacent to Sheikh Zayed Road and the DMCC metro station. This is Danube Land's first project in JLT.

Together with Viewz, Danube Land's current development portfolio comprises 21 projects and 10,021 units with a total sales value of over Dh8.15 billion.

Of the 21 projects launched, it has delivered 11 to date and will deliver a further three in the first half of this year - making it one of the most successful developers in terms of delivery.

Once completed, Viewz will offer studios, one-bedroom flats, two-bedroom flats, three-bedroom flats and sky villas (or duplexes) offering city views of Dubai. All 2-3 bedroom flats and sky villas have built-in private swimming pools.

Prices for studio flats start from Dhs950,000 with the option to upgrade to Aston Martin interiors.

Viewz residences are equipped with over 40 amenities and facilities including a fully equipped health club and gymnasium, swimming pool, children's pool, outdoor barbecue area, jogging track, tennis court, banqueting hall, children's area, child daycare/on-board babysitting, electric car charging points, shallow pool, children's pool, toddler splash zone, Jacuzzi and water lounge.

Unique features include a library, cigar room, Japanese garden, business centre with meeting space, doctor on call and rain showers.

Residents will also have access to a range of retail, hospitality, leisure and dining services spread across the 2 million square metre JLT area. Two sky bridges will connect these two iconic buildings.

All residences at Viewz will be developed as smart homes with sustainable features. The development boasts energy-efficient automatic lights, water-saving systems and an eco-friendly and futuristic design with LED-lit facades.
