Dubai's real estate market recorded 476 sales transactions worth Dh1.17 billion on Monday, according to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
There were also 92 mortgage transactions worth Dh181.95 million and 20 gift transactions amounting to Dh35.42 million.
Sales included 430 villas and flats worth Dh845.38 million and 46 plots of land worth Dh322.29 million.
While mortgages included 73 villas and flats worth Dh120.7 million and 19 plots of land worth Dh61.88 million, bringing the total real estate transactions today to over Dh1.3 billion.
