A total of 2,882 real estate transactions worth more than Dhs9.2 billion were recorded in the week ending 16 December 2022.
The DLD report showed that 199 plots of land were sold for Dhs1.33 billion, while 2,011 flats and villas were purchased for Dhs4.61 billion.
The top three deals were for a plot of land in Palm Deira for Dhs47.38 million.
This was followed by a plot of land in Me'Aisem First for Dhs40 million and a plot of land in Palm Deira for Dhs47.38 million.
Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions this week with 92 sales transactions worth Dh244.61 million.
This was followed by Jabal Ali District 1 with 21 deals worth Dh147.11 million and Al Hebiah District 4 with 15 deals worth Dh290 million.
The top three transfers of flats and villas were a flat for Dhs80 million, a flat for Dhs61 million and a flat for Dhs59 million, all located in the Palm District of Jumeirah.
Mortgaged properties were valued at Dhs2 billion this week, with the highest being a plot of land in Al Qusais Industrial First, which was mortgaged for Dhs693 million.
Meanwhile, 157 properties were granted between first-degree relatives, worth Dh1 billion.
