Dubai's real estate market recorded 385 sales transactions worth Dh938.65 million on Tuesday, according to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
There were also 98 mortgage transactions worth Dh186.25 million and 41 gifting transactions worth Dh131.82 million.
Sales included 358 villas and flats valued at Dh691.86 million and 27 plots of land valued at Dh244.79 million.
And mortgages included 88 villas and flats worth Dh145.6 million and 10 plots of land worth Dh41.19 million, bringing the total real estate transactions today to over Dh1.2 billion.
