DUBAI - Dubai's real estate market recorded 429 sales transactions worth Dh1.14 billion on Monday, according to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
There were also 81 mortgage transactions worth Dh272.5 million and 16 gifting transactions amounting to Dh44.84 million.
Sales included 345 villas and apartments valued at Dh708.45 million and 84 plots of land valued at Dh433.24 million.
While mortgages included 65 villas and apartments worth Dh144.45 million and 16 plots of land worth Dh125.79 million, bringing the total real estate transactions today to over Dh1.4 billion.
