Dubai's real estate market recorded 482 sales transactions worth Dh1.19 billion on Monday, according to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
There were also 136 mortgage transactions worth Dh580.36 million, as well as 14 gift transactions worth Dh38.09 million.
Sales included 391 villas and apartments valued at Dh836 million.
91 plots of land valued at Dh 391.95 million.
And mortgages include 107 villas and apartments valued at Dh135.32 million.
29 plots of land valued at Dh444.54 million, bringing the total real estate transactions today to over Dh1.8 billion.
