The luxury residential clock tower is named after Franck Muller's eponymous timepiece "Aeternitas," acclaimed as one of the world's most complicated watches, featuring 36 complex functions and 1,483 components.
The tower is expected to reach a height of 450 meters, making it the world's tallest residential building, branded residence, and residential clock tower, adding a unique skyline to Dubai, a city known for its vibrancy, luxury, and development.
