The emirate's real estate market recorded 544 sales transactions worth Dh1.64 billion on Tuesday, in addition to 78 mortgage transactions worth Dh590.54 million, according to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
The sales included 444 villas and apartments worth Dh1.01 billion and 100 plots of land worth Dh633.18 million.
The mortgages included 60 villas and apartments worth Dh477.96 million and 18 plots of land worth Dh112.59 million, according to the department, which said Tuesday's real estate transactions totaled more than Dh2.2 billion.
