He points out that the company recently launched several significant projects in Dubai. These include the "Bianca" project, which was launched last year and offers 653 townhouses. Additionally, they have launched the "Verdana" project located in the Dubai Investment Park, comprising 305 townhouse units.

Regarding the construction progress of all the company's projects, Suleiman states that they are progressing steadily according to plan and will be completed and delivered on time. During 2022, Reportage Properties successfully completed and delivered three real estate projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. These include the "Al Raha Lofts 1" project in the Al Raha Beach area of Abu Dhabi and the "Oasis Residence 1" project in Masdar City. Additionally, they collaborated with "Continental Investment" to develop the first phase of the Rukan Lofts project in the Dubailand area.
