UAE-based hospitality brand Rove Hotels has announced the launch of its first branded residential project in Dubai in partnership with property developer Irth.

Under the Rove Home banner, the emirate's first project will be located in Downtown Dubai and will offer furnished studio, one and two-bedroom flats.

Project amenities will include an outdoor infinity pool, a lap pool, co-working space, basketball and table tennis courts, jogging track, café and a rooftop terrace with views of Burj Khalifa.

Prior to this, Rove Hotels announced its first branded residential project in the UAE, Rove Homes Aljada, located in Sharjah and developed by real estate company Arada.

Rove Hotels, a joint venture between Meraas Holding and Emaar Properties, said in a press release that it is also looking to expand the brand further into "new destinations", as well as expanding the UAE's branded residences market beyond the premium luxury residential market to target young professionals, creatives and digital nomads in of innovative living spaces.
