Dubai's real estate market recorded 547 sales transactions worth Dh1.25 billion on Thursday, according to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
There were also 95 mortgage transactions totaling Dh386.79 million and 49 gifting transactions totaling Dh177.98 million.
Sales included 503 villas and apartments valued at Dh1.03 billion and 44 plots of land valued at Dh214.38 million.
Mortgages included 91 villas and apartments worth Dh288.67 million and 4 plots of land worth Dh98.13 million, bringing the total real estate transactions today to over Dh1.8 billion.
