The Dubai Land Department (DLD) recently announced that it will sponsor the 20th edition of the Dubai International Property Show (IPS 2024), which aims to bring together real estate and property development experts, academics and industry leaders at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 27 to 29 February 2024.
IPS 2024 provides a unique platform to showcase local and global real estate projects and solutions, and enables real estate professionals and experts to share experiences and discuss the most promising investment opportunities offered by the real estate sector, ultimately aiming to further strengthen the real estate industry as one of the pillars of the national economy.
DLD emphasises its unyielding commitment to boost the confidence of real estate investors, stakeholders and agents in the UAE's real estate sector. Part of this commitment is sponsorship and participation in IPS, which has garnered strong interest from global participants in previous editions, as evidenced by the participation of more than 120 real estate exhibitors from over 40 countries in the last edition.
Tariq Ramadan, Executive Director of IPS Dubai, said: "The 19th edition of the show successfully maintained its leading position in the real estate industry, attracting nearly 10,000 visitors."
"IPS is an exceptional opportunity for property developers, construction and consultancy firms and those interested in learning about the latest innovative services offered by different real estate companies. It helps to strengthen Dubai's real estate ecosystem and achieve the objectives of Dubai Economic Agenda D33," Ramadan added.
Ramadan also noted that the 20th edition of IPS aims to double the exhibition space and increase the target audience by 50 per cent to 15,000, in addition to expanding the international delegation of investors and professionals from existing and new markets to 2,000.
The three-day exhibition provides a venue for attendees, including government officials, senior property developers and leading real estate companies, financial institutions, banks and investors from within and outside the UAE, to scrutinise and explore the investment opportunities offered by Dubai and the world's real estate sector.
IPS 2024 has several events on its agenda, including major exhibitions, business conferences, seminars and training courses for those interested in and working in the real estate sector. The show will also be organising a real estate think-tank programme in collaboration with its strategic partner Property Network Partnership; as well as other activities with the Young Professionals Network.
