Dubai's real estate market recorded 546 sales transactions worth Dh1.41 billion on Wednesday, according to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
There were also 88 mortgage transactions worth Dh479.2 million and 36 gifting transactions amounting to Dh201.8 million.
Sales included 488 villas and flats valued at Dh1.18 billion and 58 plots of land valued at Dh226.73 million.
Mortgages included 70 villas and flats worth Dh141.87 million and 18 plots of land worth Dh337.33 million, bringing the total real estate transactions today to over Dh2 billion.
