Dubai is preparing to officially launch Estative, a first-of-its-kind platform that will re-imagine real estate marketing in Dubai and further afield.

Through its position as the world's only social media platform for real estate, the Estative platform will be a fulcrum in the real estate marketing space, combining all the social media marketing tools - including technical and visual content, podcasts and social influencers - that will enable it to serve the real estate market.

In a statement, the company said the Estative Real Estate Conference and Exhibition, of which the launch of the Estative platform is a key component, is a major regional industry event designed to introduce previously under-emphasised investment opportunities, with a particular focus on the UAE and Egypt.

The new platform will be unveiled at the two-day Estative Real Estate Exhibition and Conference in Dubai.

The event will cover many areas of relevance to real estate professionals and investors, including investment trends and exploration of new markets in key markets around the world, it said.

It will also enable communication between industry stakeholders including property developers, brokers, investors, design, construction and building materials companies, and organisers will also host regular high-quality exhibitions and conferences to ensure ongoing networking opportunities.
