UAE-based property developer Al Andalusia Courtyard has announced its entry into the residential property sector in Dubai with the launch of 'Maya Townhouse', a key project with a total investment of Dh120 million (US$32.6 million).
Located in the Majan neighbourhood of Dubailand, the 30-unit luxury development comprises villas (one, two and three bedroom) and halls in three regional categories.
The Maya Townhouse spans 70,000 square feet and features key amenities such as a playground and recreational areas as well as plenty of green space.
Announcing the launch of the project, Saleh Tabakh, CEO of Al Andalusia Courtyard, said." We are currently looking to develop new projects in Dubai, not to mention entering Abu Dhabi for the first time."
"This is the group's first project in the residential property sector in Dubai and the second after the opening of Andalusia Courtyard, which is considered a new asset for shopping in Dubai," he said at the launch ceremony in front of Andalusia Courtyard's clients.
"The project provides its tenants with easy access to Dubai landmarks and major tourist destinations via a network of major roads such as Emirates Road, Umm Sukhayim Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. As such, the development is easily connected to all parts of Dubai," he added.
