Dubai's real estate market recorded 617 sales transactions worth Dh1.45 billion on Thursday, according to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
There were also 85 mortgage transactions worth Dh257.35 million and 19 gifting transactions worth Dh34.64 million.
Sales included 532 villas and apartments worth Dh1.11 billion and 85 plots of land worth Dh338.47 million.
And mortgages included 70 villas and apartments worth Dh169.82 million and 15 plots of land worth Dh87.53 million, bringing the total real estate transactions today to more than Dh1.7 billion.
