Particularly in the sale of high-end properties valued at over $10 million, sales have continued to climb, showing a trend of sustained growth. Compared to only four homes sold for over $25 million in 2015, by the end of 2023, this number had surged to 56. In just the first quarter of 2024, 12 homes priced above $25 million have been sold, indicating that sales for the entire year are expected to continue rising.
