Abstract: A total of 348 plots of land were sold for $648 million and 3,126 apartments and villas were bought for $1.97 billion.

A total of 3474 real estate transactions worth Dh9.62 billion were recorded in the week ending November 4, 2022, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).

 

A total of 348 plots of land were sold for Dhs2.38 billion and 3,126 apartments and villas were purchased for Dhs7.23 billion.

 

The top three deals were two plots of land in World Island for Dh350 million and Island 2 for Dh95 million, followed by another plot of land in Al Safa 2 for Dh74 million.

 

Jabal Ali recorded the highest number of transactions this week with 122 sales transactions worth Dh429 million, followed by Al Hebiah 5 with 72 transactions worth Dh176 million and Al Hebiah 4 with 24 transactions worth Dh215 million.

 

The total amount of mortgaged properties this week was Dh1.33 billion, with the highest being a plot of land in Al Hamriya, mortgaged for Dh150 million.

 

The Tax Authority said 79 properties were granted between first-degree relatives and were worth Dh2.12 million.
