UAE - Binghatti, Dubai's leading real estate developer, has announced that work on its key project Binghatti Creek in the Al Jaddaf area within Dubai Healthcare City has been completed, well ahead of the original deadline of the end of this year.

The completion date for the project is considered impressive considering it was launched on 25 March last year and once again the Binghatti developer has delivered a major project to the market in less than a year. It says this impressive time-scale achievement has also been accompanied by a great deal of attention to high-end quality and finishes.

Binghatti Developers says its achievement is in line with Dubai's vision - a vision that is seen as the origin of development, speed and innovation, it adds.

On this key milestone, Muhammad Binghatti, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Construction, said." Binghatti Creek is one of our latest real estate projects in Dubai. Binghatti noted that the project was initially scheduled for completion by the end of 2023, but thanks to the efforts of his team on the ground and the administrative work dedicated to the project, it managed to obtain a completion certificate for the project before the deadline, and less than a year after the launch date.

In doing so, Binghatti Developers has once again delivered a major project to the market in less than a year's time. He added that this impressive time-scale achievement was also accompanied by a great focus on high-end quality and finishes.
