The design of Jumeirah Tower is inspired by the sand dunes and flowing oases of the Arabian desert, giving it a majestic and sophisticated appearance. The high-rise will have several viewing platforms for contemplating the breathtaking views of Dubai.
The project is being developed by Dubai Holding and the completion date is set for 2023.
2. District 2020
Dubai is the site of the world's largest and most anticipated Expo 2020. After the show, it was decided to transform the pavilion area into something new, and the idea of District-2020 was born.

3. One Za'abeel

Construction began in 2017 and will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023.
4. One Meydan
One Meydan is a long-awaited mixed-use project that will include residential and commercial real estate, public infrastructure and entertainment venues that meet the highest standards.
The complex will include the One Meydan building. There will also be a shopping mall, Meydan One Mall, which houses the longest ski slope in the world. The project's residents and guests will enjoy the world's largest dancing fountain, which boasts a height of 380 meters.
5. Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences
Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences is an impressive new resort in the Palm Jumeirah archipelago. The hotel impresses with its architecture and attractive design. The resort offers world class services and facilities to its visitors.
It will have 90 swimming pools, including a luxurious infinity pool on the roof of the building, and the best restaurants serving international cuisine.
6. Deira Island
Deyla Islands (now renamed Dubai Islands) are four undeveloped man-made islands off the coast of Deyla with over 20 kilometers of beaches. The project was originally planned to complement the Palm Jumeirah Islands. in October 2013, Nakheel renamed the project the Deira Islands. in December 2016, a bridge connecting the mainland to the islands was opened.
When completed, Deira Islands will become one of the most desired living and leisure destinations for many Dubai residents and foreign visitors. This place will combine hotels, residential areas, shopping centers and many other interesting and important locations.
7. Dubai River Towers
Dubai Creek Tower will be the tallest tower in the world, surpassing the famous Burj Khalifa skyscraper. Dubai's largest construction company, Emaar Properties, is working on the construction of Dubai Creek Tower.
This architectural masterpiece will be located in the heart of the Dubai Creek Port. The port is one of the most famous and attractive tourist destinations in the emirate.
8. Mall of the World
When completed, the Mall of the World will be the largest shopping mall in the world. It will include stores, the world's largest indoor theme park, a pedestrian mall, a hotel, a wellness area and much more.
A feature that emphasizes the uniqueness of the Mall of the World will be the sliding glass roof, which can be closed and opened depending on weather conditions. This will allow visitors to enjoy the sun in the winter and avoid humidity and hot air in the summer.
Dubai Holding is responsible for the development and implementation of the project.
9. Heart of Europe
Heart of Europe is another unplanned mega-project in Dubai. It depicts a new concept for developers to bring Europe to the center of the Persian Gulf.
The construction of six key islands is underway. Each sub-community is inspired by a specific European country and will reflect its cultural and historical heritage. As part of the project, the islands will have luxury hotels, residential areas, restaurants and much more.
The architecture of each island sub-community is well thought out and offers the latest technology. The first phase of construction has been completed. The final in-service date of the project is not yet known.
10. Marsa Al Arab
Marsa Al Arab is a promising tourist destination in Dubai. The project is being built on two artificial islands on either side of the Burj Al Arab Hotel. It will have theme parks, boutique hotels and entertainment venues. The community will include luxury residential villas and elaborate leisure infrastructure.
The first island will be an exclusive luxury resort and the second will be dedicated to recreation and family tourism.
