DUBAI - Dubai's real estate market recorded 384 sales transactions worth Dh966.26 million on Wednesday, according to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
There were also 78 mortgage transactions worth Dh548.97 million, and 48 gifting transactions worth Dh186.61 million.
Sales included 350 villas and flats valued at Dh805.39 million and 34 plots of land valued at Dh160.87 million.
Mortgages included 67 villas and flats worth Dh483.44 million and 11 plots of land worth Dh65.53 million, bringing the total real estate transactions today to over Dh1.7 billion.
