Dubai - A total of 2,785 real estate transactions worth Dh10.3 billion were carried out in the week ending 10 February 2023, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
The DLD report showed that 311 plots of land were sold for Dh2 billion, while 1,999 flats and villas were sold for a total of Dh4.59 billion.
The top three deals were a plot of land in Wadi Al Safa 2, which was sold for Dh78 million.
This was followed by a Dhs55 million piece of land in Um Suqaim Second and another piece of land worth Dhs50 million in Palm Jumeirah.
Al Hebiah Fifth was the most traded area this week, with 130 transactions worth Dh399.18 million.
This was followed by Al Yufrah District 1 with 51 transactions worth Dh301.69 million and Jabal Ali District 1 with 23 sales transactions worth Dh124 million.
The top three transfers of flats and villas were a villa sold for Dh183 million in Palm Jumeirah, a flat sold for Dh156 million in Business Bay and a flat sold for Dh117 million in Al Wasl.
Mortgaged properties were valued at Dhs3.48 billion this week, while 88 properties were transferred between first-degree relatives for Dhs292 million.
