DUBAI - Dubai's real estate market recorded 537 sales transactions worth Dh1.44 billion on Wednesday, according to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
There were also 79 mortgage transactions worth Dh193.57 million and 30 gifting transactions worth Dh104.38 million.
Sales included 431 villas and flats valued at Dh824.67 million and 106 plots of land valued at Dh616.72 million.
Mortgages included 65 villas and flats valued at Dh104.22 million and 14 plots of land valued at Dh89.35 million, bringing the total real estate transactions today to over Dh1.7 billion.
