DUBAI - Dubai's real estate market recorded 568 sales transactions worth Dh1.32 billion on Monday, according to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
There were also 72 mortgage transactions worth Dh673.74 million and 12 gifting transactions amounting to Dh30.06 million.
Sales included 532 villas and flats valued at Dh1.18 billion and 36 plots of land valued at Dh141.76 million.
Mortgages included 49 villas and flats worth Dh120.94 million and 23 plots of land worth Dh552.8 million, bringing the total real estate transactions today to over Dh2 billion.
