DUBAI - Dubai's real estate market recorded 505 sales transactions worth Dh1.56 billion on Monday, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
There were also 98 mortgage transactions worth Dh288.26 million and 19 gifting transactions worth Dh330.1 million.
Sales included 460 villas and flats valued at Dh1.26 billion and 45 plots of land valued at Dh298.77 million.
Mortgages included 77 villas and flats worth Dh202.3 million and 21 plots of land worth Dh85.97 million, bringing the total real estate transactions today to over Dh2.1 billion.
