DUBAI - Dubai's real estate market recorded 516 sales transactions worth Dh1.73 billion on Thursday, in addition to 71 mortgage transactions worth Dh596.74 million and 26 gifting transactions worth Dh503.85 million, according to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
Sales included 455 villas and apartments valued at Dh1.5 billion and 61 plots of land valued at Dh235.09 million.
Mortgages included 63 villas and apartments valued at Dh537.64 million and 8 plots of land valued at Dh59.1 million, bringing the total real estate transactions today to over Dh2.8 billion.
