Dubai's real estate market recorded 500 sales transactions worth Dh1.42 billion on Tuesday, according to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
There were also 68 mortgage transactions worth Dh219.2 million and 16 gifting transactions worth Dh142.4 million.
Sales included 425 villas and flats valued at Dh1.02 billion and 75 plots of land valued at Dh399.22 million.
And mortgages included 46 villas and flats worth Dh66.39 million and 22 plots of land worth Dh152.81 million, bringing the total real estate transactions today to over Dh1.7 billion.
