Dubai's real estate market recorded 529 sales transactions worth Dh1.89 billion on Thursday, according to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
There were also 80 mortgage transactions worth Dh133.23 million and 12 gifting transactions amounting to Dh48.36 million.
Sales included 501 villas and flats valued at Dh1.73 billion and 28 plots of land valued at Dh156.11 million.
While mortgages included 72 villas and flats worth Dh115.53 million and 8 plots of land worth Dh17.7 million, bringing the total real estate transactions today to over Dh2 billion.
