The total value of real estate and property transactions during the week ending December 23, 2022 was Dh9.1 billion. The total amount of transactions was 2,926.

 159 plots of land were sold for Dh 877.59 million and 2,233 apartments and villas were sold for Dh 5.44 billion.

 The top three deals were a plot of land in Business Bay for Dh100 million.

The second was a plot of land in Al Safouh First for Dh96.5 million and the third was a plot of land in Business Bay for Dh100 million.

Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions this week with 66 sales transactions worth Dh177.34 million.

It was followed by Al Yufrah 2 with 21 sales transactions worth Dh28.72 million and Jabal Ali First in third place with 12 sales transactions worth Dh38 million.

 The top three transfers of apartments and villas were Jumeirah First with Dh315 million sold, Commercial Bay with Dh183 million sold in second place and Jumeirah Palm with Dh85 million sold.

The total amount of mortgaged properties this week was 2.65 billion, the highest of which was a piece of land in Palm Jumeirah with a mortgage of Dh794 million.

Seventy-nine properties were granted between first-degree relatives for Dh172 million.
