DUBAI: Dubai's real estate market recorded 495 sales transactions worth Dh1.32 billion on Tuesday, according to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
There were also 81 mortgage transactions worth Dh454.83 million and 24 gifting transactions amounting to Dh34.33 million.
Sales included 479 villas and apartments valued at Dh1.28 billion and 16 plots of land valued at Dh45.98 million.
While mortgages included 49 villas and apartments valued at Dh307.81 million and 32 plots of land worth Dh147.02 million, bringing the total real estate transactions today to over Dh1.8 billion.
