Data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) showed that the Dubai real estate market recorded 277 sales transactions worth Dh686.28 million.
There were also 90 mortgage transactions worth Dh 274.88 million and six gifting transactions amounting to Dh 28.06 million.
Sales included 252 villas and apartments valued at Dh513.6 million.
25 plots of land valued at Dh172.68 million.
And mortgages include 77 villas and apartments valued at Dh240.8 million.
13 plots of land worth Dh34 million, bringing the total real estate transactions today to over Dh989 million.
