Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Ritu Aggarwal, a female property consultant from real estate brokerage Union Square House (USH), has been named the top performing real estate broker in Dubai for 2021 by the Dubai Land Department.

Ritu was awarded at the Dubai Cityscape 2022 for achieving the highest value of real estate transactions in 2021, standing out in a competitive field of 11,000 real estate agents.

Her passion for real estate and tireless work ethic has helped Union House Square become one of the most successful brokerages in Dubai.

Ritu is also currently ranked number one in Dubai for the REST (Real Estate Self Transaction) app, a digital platform for landlords and tenants to fulfill real estate transactions online.
