Recently, the latest luxury hotel and residential project on Dubai Islands—Rixos Dubai Islands Hotel & Residences—officially launched its second phase, a collaboration between leading developer Nakheel and Excelsior Real Estate.

This marks the introduction of Dubai Islands' first integrated hotel and residential project, providing a new property option for local and global investors as well as residents.

The second phase of Rixos Dubai Islands Hotel & Residences will offer 331 meticulously designed residences, including one to three-bedroom units, four-bedroom duplex units, and beachfront villas with large terraces or gardens.
