We work with discerning international clients, mainly from the UK, Europe and Russia, who have been pushed to the UAE due to slumping EU and UK markets, rising inflation, geopolitical tensions and recession fears.
Here they are welcomed by the UAE's investor friendly attitude; the increased security, exceptional growth and abundance of opportunities offered by the UAE, and recent regulatory initiatives such as the revision of the Golden Residency Visa for real estate investors.
Our clients wishing to invest for work or looking for a long-term place to live, focus on affordable plots, off-plan branded homes and villas.
