The total value of real estate and property transactions for the week ending July 7, 2023 was Dhs13.6 billion. The total transaction value was 3,244.
323 plots of land were sold for Dh3.33 billion and 2,237 apartments and villas were sold for Dh5.37 billion.
The top three deals were a plot of land in Marsa Dubai for Dh230.14 million, followed by a plot of land in Marsa Dubai for Dh230.14 million and a plot of land in Al Thanayah IV for Dh130 million, which ranked third.
Al Hebiah 5th recorded the most transactions this week with 86 sales transactions worth Dh249.21 million, followed by Al Goze 2nd with 62 sales transactions worth Dh713 million and Madinat Hind 4th in third place with 49 sales transactions worth Dh70 million.
The top three transfers of apartments and villas were: an apartment in Um Suqaim 3rd district sold for Dh420 million, an apartment in Jumeirah Palm district sold for Dh55 million and third was an apartment in Zaabeel 1st district sold for Dh46 million.
The total amount of mortgaged properties this week was 3.02 billion, the highest of which was a piece of land in Madinat Hind 1 with a mortgage of 2 billion dirhams.
196 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth Dh2 billion.
