Abstract: The World Cup will be held in Doha, Qatar, from November 21 to December 18, marking the first time in the history of the World Cup that it will be held in the Middle East and the Arab world.

According to the report, the Dubai market has been very active recently due to the 2022 World Cup.

FIFA's official website shows that the number of tickets sold has reached 2.45 million, with 1.5 million expected in Qatar during the 2022 World Cup.

Recently, investors have been demanding more real estate in Dubai.

They see Dubai as the tourism hub and dream city of the Gulf Cooperation Council. The 22nd edition of the World Cup is about to start in Doha, the capital of Qatar.

During this period, interest in real estate investment has increased significantly and the performance of Dubai's real estate sector has started to improve further.

Despite recent global economic challenges, Dubai's real estate market has performed exceptionally well, with total sales exceeding $184 billion by the third quarter of 2022.

August saw the best sales performance with total sales exceeding Dh24 billion.

The market will again be in the spotlight in the fourth quarter, with optimistic expectations of over Dh260 billion.

Dubai is well positioned to take advantage of this as it has built a new hotel on the Palm Jumeirah dedicated to World Cup visitors.

These visitors plan to stay in Dubai, travel from there to Doha to watch the championships and then return to The Palm Jumeirah for an overnight stay.

Qatar Airways has partnered with Dubai Airways to connect match ticket holders to Doha via match day flights during the tournament.

Dubai Airways will operate up to 60 flights a day from Dubai, the region's tourism hub, carrying up to 2,500 passengers.

The partnership with other Gulf carriers to provide round-trip flights between Doha and the region's major cities on match days is a major step that is expected to ease the country's accommodation shortage during the 2022 World Cup.

Dubai is a very popular tourist destination around the world and it seems that the emirate will benefit the most from this competition.

Doha is expected to receive more than 90 flights a day during the tournament, with about 60 of them coming from the UAE.

The latest figures show that Dubai attracted 7.12 million international visitors between January and June 2022, an increase of more than 183% compared to the 2.52 million visitors during the same period in 2021.

DXB, the world's busiest airport, handled more than 27.9 million passengers in the first half of the year, up nearly 162 percent year-on-year and just 1.2 million less than the airport's total passenger traffic last year.
