UAE-based Prestige One Developments has announced the launch of a luxury flat project in Dubai Sports City and Jumeirah Village Ring Road, amid growing demand for upscale residential real estate across the emirate.

Vista is a 140-unit development featuring a mix of studio, one, two and three bed units designed by the team at Lacasa Architectural and Engineering Consultants.

It offers a range of top-notch amenities such as electric car charging or parking, a landscaped jogging track with benches and fitness equipment, a multi-purpose sports court, and a basketball court.

Another project - The Residence - covers 160,837.12 square feet and consists of a basement, ground floor, five floors and a roof terrace.

Inaugurating the projects, CEO Ajmal Saifi said that these are the first 250 of 1,000 flats planned to be launched across Dubai this year, with an investment of approximately Dh1.8 billion."

"We plan to develop and build a further 5,000 residential units in and around the UAE over the next five years," he said.
