Lebanon-based Abou Eid Real Estate Development has expanded into the Dubai real estate market with the announcement of its AED 70 million (approximately US$19 million) Celia Residence project in Dubai Studio City.
The four-storey residential project will contain 111 flats, the family-owned company said in a press statement.
The Celia Residence project is due to be completed in 2024, the statement said.
The company has delivered more than 2,000 residential units and 15 villa clusters in Lebanon and Turkey over the past 35 years, the statement added.
