Dubai's real estate market recorded 504 sales transactions worth Dh1.34 billion on Tuesday, according to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
There were also 98 mortgage transactions worth Dh1.26 billion and 23 gifting transactions amounting to Dh269.13 million.
Sales included 471 villas and flats valued at Dh954.05 million and 33 plots of land valued at Dh382.44 million.
Mortgages included 84 villas and flats valued at Dh1.15 billion and 14 plots of land valued at Dh112.62 million, bringing the total real estate transactions today to over Dh2.8 billion.
