Reportage Properties, a leading UAE property developer, announced the launch of their new project "Bianca" in Dubai, the company's fifth project in the city and the 25th in its portfolio.

The project received an immediate and direct response from buyers upon launch, with 368 townhouses sold within a week, valued at Dhs438 million.

Bianca comprises 653 townhouses, of which 507 are two-bedroom, 56 are three-bedroom and 90 are four-bedroom townhouses.

Chief Executive Officer Islam Ahmed Suleiman said that "Reportage Properties" continues to launch their new projects to meet the requirements of buyers from all walks of life, especially as the company has managed to achieve strong sales in all its recent launches.

He emphasised that the high demand for "Bianca" upon its launch reflected the success of Reportage Properties' working model in offering outstanding projects that suit the desires of its diverse clientele.

He noted that "Bianca" covers 112,000 square metres and includes many facilities and services such as a swimming pool, gymnasium, private parking for each unit, various green spaces, schools, mosques, shops, shaded seating areas, barbecue areas and tennis courts to name but a few.

The units also have unique specifications including private balconies depending on the unit scheme, bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, laundry rooms and maid's rooms in some townhouses. The four bedroom townhouses all have an internal lift, private parking and entrance, kitchen cupboards, and other popular specifications.

Suleiman anticipates high demand for units in the 'Bianca' development due to its prime location close to many of Dubai's amenities and unique areas such as the 'Mall of the Emirates' and the 'Global Village'.

Suleiman stressed that 'Reportage Properties' is keen to provide investors with more attractive offers and convenient payment plans for buyers of all its projects, which is reflected in the company's continued growth in sales.

In 2022, Reportage Properties has sales of Dhs2.3 billion, compared to Dhs1.6 billion in 2021, an increase of 45%.

Last year, the company launched 'Verdana', a project consisting of 305 townhouse units located within the Dubai Investment Park.

They also launched 'Plaza' in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, comprising 348 housing units, and 'Perla 1' on Yas Island, comprising 190 housing units, in addition to 'Perla 2', adding 115 new housing units.

During 2022, the company launched their second project outside the UAE, 'Silvana' in the Basaksehir district of Istanbul, Turkey, offering 232 townhouses. This is in addition to the 'Montenapoleone' project in the 'Mostakbal City' in New Cairo, Egypt, which will be launched in 2021. The first phase of the project offers 1,309 flats and townhouses.

Suleiman confirmed that the company continues to follow the stipulated schedule for the construction of all projects and is ready to complete and deliver them within the stipulated dates, which reinforces investors' confidence in the 'Reportage Properties' project and the UAE real estate market as a whole.

The 'Reportage Properties' portfolio includes 25 projects in the UAE, Egypt, Turkey and Morocco.
