Dec. 26, 2022 (WAM) -- Dubai's real estate market recorded 515 sales transactions worth Dh1.44 billion and 19 gift transactions worth Dh137.87 million on Monday, according to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
The sales included 483 villas and flats worth Dh1.14 billion and 32 plots of land worth Dh299.29 million, bringing the total real estate transactions today to over Dh1.5 billion.
