A total of 1,600 real estate transactions worth more than Dh4.8 billion were carried out in the week ending November 30, 2022, according to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
The DLD report showed that 176 plots were sold in Dubai for Dh998.19 million, while 1,052 apartments and villas were also sold for Dh2.32 billion.
Jabal Ali First recorded the most transactions this week, with 81 deals worth Dh285.43 million.
This was followed by Al Hebiah Fifth with 50 sales transactions worth Dh141.87 million and Al Yufrah 2 with 6 sales worth Dh8 million.
The top three transfers of apartments and villas were.
An apartment in Jumeirah 2 was sold for Dh38 million.
Another in the Palm area of Jumeirah was sold for Dh37 million.
A third apartment in the first district of Al Barsha was sold for Dh35 million.
The total amount of mortgaged properties for the week was 1.37 billion dirhams.
Meanwhile, 38 properties were awarded between first-degree relatives worth Dh113 million.
