The community's master plan is well thought out, centered around lush central parks, promoting connectivity through a network of shaded pathways that facilitate access to all facilities and social areas. The first phase of the Haven community is set to commence in the second quarter of 2024, with an expected delivery by the third quarter of 2027. Additionally, the community will feature key facilities such as schools, nurseries, shaded play areas, a mosque, and a retail center with gymnasiums and office spaces, providing residents with a holistic living experience.
The overall planning of the development project will aim for LEED certification and will incorporate sustainable measures in the design to reduce energy, water, and waste consumption. Apart from fostering social connectivity and wellness, the community will also include key sustainable features in line with Aldar's commitment to promoting sustainable living, such as electric vehicle charging points, efficient water fixtures, and smart waste management.
