Abstract: The company plans to develop eight luxury residences at the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Creekside, Dubai, worth Dh177 million each.

Mag of Life announced Monday the launch of eight of a total of 12 luxury residences at The Ritz-Carlton Residences at Creekside Dubai, part of the Keturah Resort, valued at Dh177 million each.

The $1.3 billion luxury wellness development offers residents and visitors a unique, healthier environment to enhance the concept of inspired living with 180-degree views of the Dubai skyline and Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. The project's construction cost per square foot is Dhs2,150.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences at Creekside Dubai, part of Keturah Resort, is a stand-alone residential project conceived and designed by Mag of Life, the first wellness property focused on the Dubai Industrial Strategy 2030; renowned French designer Amar Sabeh; and Autoban, a leading Istanbul interior design studio.

Keturah Resort features 12 luxury residences, eight of which are currently available for sale. This mixed-use development integrates Delos' world-leading, evidence-based wellness innovations, pioneering the concept of Wellness Real Estate™ in collaboration with world-class scientific and medical experts, including a board of physicians from Columbia University Medical Center, Cleveland Clinic Health Institute and Mayo Clinic Innovation Center, to help provide owners with a healthier environment and consolidate an immersive style of healthy luxury living in Dubai.

"We are launching these eight luxury residences as a direct response to the surge in demand and the overwhelming interest from local and global investors seeking luxury upscale properties in Dubai," said Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, chief executive officer of Mag of Life.

He said the emirate's attractive policy and business ecosystem has played a huge role in boosting the real estate sector, and this remarkable milestone is a testament to our high-end developments, which are located in some of Dubai's most promising residential areas in terms of growth potential.

"As a catalyst for the growth of this awesome city, we have effortlessly continued to promote foreign direct investment and strengthen Dubai's position with a unique real estate offering that exceeds the expectations of international investors. We will continue to move forward to further cement Dubai's position on the global real estate map," he said.

Each of the luxury residences launched includes four floors (basement + G+2) constituting eight bedrooms, a majlis, a spa, a cinema, and a premium gym with modern equipment. The mansions have two architectural themes to choose from: earth (46,648.2 square feet) and water (45,927.24 square feet).

The minimalist architecture of the Grand Mansion represents a space that is in constant dialogue with its surroundings, hidden from the street but open to a stunning water feature.

Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass allows for expansive views that seamlessly blend the patio and living room, turning into an expansive reception area when open. The beautiful waterfront view is elegantly framed from the moment it is seen from the lobby.

With nature in mind, the design of the overwater mansion was carefully tailored to the climatic characteristics of the location. Noting the seasonal changes of the sun, the building was adapted to allow the most natural light in without overheating the interior spaces.

Considering the relatively strong winds along the creek, the shape of the mansion allows for air currents to naturally cool the building facades and outdoor spaces. Inspired by the nature and history of the area, the concept was designed to enhance its natural beauty.

Keturah Resort offers owners a wide range of amenities, including the Ritz-Carlton; a beach access, private membership club; a women's club; a children's club; an immersive holistic wellness center; a Michelin-starred restaurant; and a retail promenade. As part of MAG of Life's registered "WELL Community," the luxury development will be the first in the Mena area to pursue WELL health and safety certification for its buildings.

In addition, residents will enjoy a luxury wellness hotel, eight sustainable and organically-focused retail spaces including a weekend farmers market, 24/7 secure private parking and valet parking, a gated community with unique views of the wildlife sanctuary.

All residences will incorporate KETURAH's "Healthy Wealth" philosophy of living.

MAG of Life's KETURAH resort is located on the banks of the Dubai Creek, facing the wildlife sanctuary of Ras Al Khor, Dubai, with easy access to Downtown Dubai, Dubai International Financial Centre and Dubai International Airport.
