Abstract: The group's first project, Adhara Star, comprises 113 one-, two- and three-bedroom fully-furnished luxury flats and retail spaces to be delivered in the first quarter of 2025.

Acube Property Development has announced its entry into the Dubai property market with the launch of Adhara Star, a 17-storey luxury tower and the first of a number of luxury residential developments planned over the next three years.

Acube is a new subsidiary of Acube SFO DMCC, a single family-owned group of companies with more than 20 years of global commercial and residential development experience, including major construction projects across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).

The group's first project, Adhara Star, comprises 113 one-, two- and three-bedroom fully-furnished luxury units and retail spaces, to be delivered in the first quarter of 2025.

Acube aims to develop and sell one million square feet of residential property in Dubai by 2025, and the Adhara Star building is the first of two developments to be announced in 2023.

Located within the Arjan neighbourhood of Al Barsha South, the Adhara Star building will be the developer's first tower and will be a testament to the group's commitment to style, quality and affordability.

Ramjee Iyer, Chairman and Managing Director of Acube Real Estate Development said: "Our mission is to create extraordinary living spaces that transcend the ordinary and enrich lives, reinventing the concept of modern living, infused with a spirit of innovation, and guided by sustainable practices; we are committed to crafting developments that reflect our unwavering commitment to excellence and integrity.

He said Acube's management team has over two decades of experience in property investment and construction in Europe, India and the Middle East.

We have a deep understanding of global real estate dynamics and a strong vision for our role in Dubai's ongoing transformation to a better, smarter and more sustainable city," he noted.

The 17-storey tower complies with building codes and offers fully furnished units with the finest materials and fixtures, including premium porcelain and ceramic tiles, Bosch white goods, and Roca sanitary ware, noted Aiyer.

Adhara Star offers residents all the amenities of community living, including a swimming pool, basketball court, paddle tennis court, jogging track, indoor and outdoor gymnasiums, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, yoga studio, barbecue, children's playground, and Japanese garden.

One-bedroom units start at Dh99,000 (US$271,936), two-bedroom units start at Dh1.3 million (US$353,870) and three-bedroom units start at Dh1.7 million (US$462,754).

As Dubai's growth momentum and its appeal as one of the happiest and safest cities in the world continue to attract global property buyers, we will see high demand for high-quality, well-built residential units," Iyer noted.

This provides us with the opportunity to showcase our capabilities and contribute to Dubai's urban development by creating spaces that embody the essence of luxury, functionality and elegance," he added.
